What kind of fibers do you carry?

The fibers that we keep in stock are as follows: DMC embroidery floss, DMC perle cotton (gauges 3 and 5), Pepper Pot silk, Silk & Ivory silk/wool blend, Silk Lamé Braid, Anahera wool, Kreinik, Very Velvet and Wisper.

We also have a variety of fibers that are available in small quantities. These fibers are limited and are not restocked unless requested. A few examples of these are: Fyre Werks, Capri 18, Neon Rays, Splendor, Flair, Arctic Rays, Petite Silk Lamé Braid, River Silk ribbons, Angora, Frosty Rays, Bouclé, and Fuzzy Stuff- to name a few!

Can I order a specific fiber through Su Casa?

Yes! Our usual wholesalers are Planet Earth Fibers, Rainbow Gallery, Brown Paper Packages, Sundance Beads, and Fleur de Paris, etc.

What do I do with my canvas after I have stitched it?

We have two amazing finishers that can turn your projects into stand-ups, stockings, pillows, and ornaments. For the gallery of our clients’ work, see our page labeled “Finished Needlepoint”.

What other helpful needlepoint tools do you sell?

1) Stretcher bars (in stock)- Working on a large or long piece? Stretcher bars are used to keep your piece from skewing while you work. This helps save on costs and time when it comes finishing.

2) Mighty Bright floor lamps (special order)- complete with a giant magnifying glass, this adjustable lamp is the perfect addition to your needlepoint work station.


3) Needlework System 4 Products (special order)- These high quality stands and attachments will make working on your needlepoint an absolute dream. They offer lap stands, floor stands, and much more.

4) Needle minders (in stock)- Needle minders are cute and handy magnets that keep track of your needle for you so that you’ll never misplace it again! We have antique needle minders as well as branded Su Casa needle minders.

How do I go about getting my project finished?

  • Bring in your project for a quick consultation. We will talk about how you’d like to have your project finished.

If you would like to have your project finished as an ornament, garland, case, stocking, or pillow…

  • We will take care of handing your project off to one of our two local finishers. Their names are Staci and Kaycee and they are extremely talented! If you would like to see their work, look at our client gallery on the page titled “Finished Needlepoint”.

If you would like your work framed…

  • We will refer you to our favorite local framing shops which are as follows:
